Leave Yankton on 8th St. or SD Hwy 52 going west, from West City Limits Rd. (large apartments mark this corner) travel west and about 4 miles west, the lake and marina are in sight on the left.  Proceed 2 more miles or a total of 6 miles west to Kniest Avenue (large blue and white billboard for House of Mary Shrine marks this corner).  Turn right (north) on Kniest and go 1/2 block north to Midway Gulch entrance.  We are also 1 block west and 1/2 block north of the entrance to Lewis and Clark Recreation Area.
